As the name suggests, gas forklifts are powered by gas. These forklifts typically use liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or natural gas (CNG) as fuel, which is converted into mechanical energy by an internal combustion engine to power the forklift. During operation, the gas mixes with air and burns within the cylinders, generating power that drives the forklift forward, backward, and up and down.
