1.5 Ton Walk-Behind Electric Stacker: CDD15

1.5 Ton Walk-Behind Electric Stacker for Everyday Warehouse Handling

The CDD15 walk-behind electric stacker is designed for warehouses that need more lifting and handling efficiency than a manual stacker can provide, while keeping the operator on the ground rather than requiring a stand-on platform.

With a rated capacity of 1,500 kg, pedestrian operation and an electric drive and lifting system, it is suited to routine pallet movement, short-distance transport and stacking in warehouses, workshops and distribution areas. The available mast configurations provide lifting heights from 3,000 to 4,500 mm, with rated capacity decreasing as lifting height increases.

Why Choose a Walk-Behind Electric Stacker?

More Productivity Than a Manual Stacker

When pallets need to be moved and stacked repeatedly during the working day, manual equipment can put more physical demand on operators and limit handling efficiency. The CDD15 uses electric travel and lifting to reduce manual effort and make routine pallet handling more consistent.

Pedestrian Operation for Flexible Warehouse Movement

The operator walks behind the machine rather than riding on a standing platform. This operating format can be useful in warehouses where the travel distance is relatively short and maneuverability around storage locations is more important than high-speed transport.

Electric Travel and Lifting in One Machine

Unlike a manual stacker, the CDD15 does not rely entirely on operator force for routine travel and lifting. Its electric drive and hydraulic lifting system are designed to handle repeated warehouse operations with less physical effort.

Compact Enough for Standard Warehouse Aisles

With an overall width of 795 mm and a minimum turning radius of 1,550 mm, the CDD15 is designed around the space requirements of compact warehouse handling. The listed aisle widths are approximately 2,412–2,435 mm depending on pallet size and orientation. Actual aisle requirements should be checked against the warehouse layout before ordering.

 Lift Height and Residual Capacity

The CDD15 is available with different mast configurations. Rated capacity is not constant across all lifting heights: the listed configurations provide 1,300 kg at 3,000 mm and decrease to 750 kg at the 4,500 mm configuration. Buyers should select the mast according to both required lift height and actual load weight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a walk-behind stacker?

+

-

A walk-behind stacker is a pedestrian-operated stacking truck that allows the operator to control pallet travel and lifting while walking behind the machine.

What is the capacity of the CDD15?

+

-

The rated capacity is 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load center. However, the available capacity decreases at higher lifting heights.

Is the CDD15 electric?

+

-

Yes. The current specification identifies it as an electric pedestrian stacker, with a 1.5 kW drive motor, 3 kW lift motor and 24V/240Ah battery specification.

How high can the CDD15 lift?

+

-

The listed mast configurations provide maximum lift heights of 3,000, 3,600 and 4,500 mm. The corresponding capacity decreases as lift height increases.

Can it lift 1,500 kg to 4.5 meters?

+

-

No. The current specification lists 750 kg capacity at the 4,500 mm maximum-height configuration. The required load and lift height should be confirmed before selecting the mast.

What is the difference between a walk-behind and a stand-on stacker?

+

-

A walk-behind stacker is controlled by an operator walking behind the machine, while a stand-on stacker allows the operator to ride on the machine. The better choice depends mainly on travel distance, handling frequency and productivity requirements.

Is it suitable for narrow aisles?

+

-

The CDD15 has an overall width of 795 mm and a minimum turning radius of 1,550 mm. The listed pallet aisle requirements are approximately 2,412–2,435 mm, but actual aisle requirements should be checked against pallet dimensions and warehouse layout.
